A hotel only steps away from Saint Germain des Pres, which mixes 5 essential elements to create well being: the palette of colors, use of metals, clever use of lighting, a note of transparency and a concept of Parisian fragrances...

The Five Hotel, neatly situated at rue Flatters, is a refined and precious concept: 24 personalized rooms from the inspiration of the architect Vincent Bastie (Parisian Architect specialized in complete renovation of « design » hotels, this includes Le Murano, Hotel du Petit Moulin...) together with Marie-Paule Clout, hotels decorator.

Philippe Vaurs, Christophe Sauvage and Pascal Laffon, the hotel owners, allowed themselves to be guided by the harmonious use of colors and materials, surprising yet coordinated ergonomics; the details all fit into their respective positions...

A total of 9 « deco » environments, punctuated by the works of Isabelle Emmerique, each derived from a chosen base color: White, black, turquoise, aniseed, violet, red, gold, orange, taupe; carefully imagined and coordinated by applying a blend of fine materials. Each setting presents a very personalized touch, the choice of exclusive fabrics are graphically appealing by the use of colorful printed symmetries. One can discover with pleasure the discreet integration of materials dominated by the overlap of colors used for the room.

Regular asymmetrical stripes, printed flowered wall paper, patterned carpets, printed leather and motifs of waves and spots..., the hotel has dared to enter into a natural cosmetic and unimagined sphere. From the Welcome Hall, or the corridors and rooms, surprises can be found in all the contrasting features.

The Five Hotel has smoothly integrated optical fibre lighting, adding a touch of lucidity and décor: incorporated into the bathroom tiling and bedroom ceilings, a dream innovation, scintillating the magical and romantic atmosphere.... Here you sleep under the star lit sky!

The final touch can be found thanks to the renowned French artist Isabelle Emmerique, innovator in lacquer painting techniques, she has conceived 27 beautiful original creations for the decoration of the hotel. Inspired by the environment created by the hotels’ architect, Vincent Bastie, the distinguished designed panels add that personal signature to each room, as well as the breakfast room where you will find French ”Patisseries” direct from the MONGE bakery, (an institution in Paris), and what a mouth watering experience !

A centrally suspended double fireplace is positioned in the centre of the reception hall. Here, black ceramic flooring, combined with smooth refined lighting is mixed between white opaque curtains and ultra contemporary sofas. Eye-catching monotone graphics and important jewel-like suspensions add to the subtle yet coherent design slant.

In the line up of hottest new Parisian hotels, essential elements must include chic yet down to earth stylish environments. The Five Hotel has been added to the list; daring colours, forms and materials put into an original finely balanced cocktail, whilst remaining accessible to everyone.

Then your sense of touch, attracted by the presence of noble and genuine materials - carpets, velvets, ceramic stoneware and Chinese lacquer... The Five Hotel’s design has a cosy feeling.

Over to your sense of taste - impressed by a wonderful crusty breakfast of Viennese bread and buns from a famous bakery, washed down with tea or coffee from the Mariage Frères brand with its unique flavours.

Now your sight, as you look at the optic fibre light used within the designer decoration to give every single room a psychedelic appearance. Luminous glass desks, star-studded ceilings, light sculptures all create magic brightness.
